Yes, please understand that the minimum age is 18 years. Younger guests must be accompanied by a legal guardian and stay in a private room. 

We offer a variety of accommodations, including private rooms and dormitories (also female-only dorms). Please check our website for detailed room descriptions and availability.

Please note that reservations are limited to a maximum of 7 days within a 30-day period.

If you have booked through an online booking engine, we keep it until the next morning. If you don’t show up, we’ll charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to the first night of the reservation. 

If you book by phone or email, we’ll hold your reservation till 4 p.m. – if you provided credit card details, we’ll hold the booking all day long.

Each dorm comes with comfortable wooden bunk beds (bed sheets included), private shower and toilet facilities en-suite, security lockers for your belongings, and free WIFI. Refer to the room descriptions for specific details.

Yes, we have fully equipped guest kitchens where you can prepare your signature dish for you and your travel mates.

Check-in: After prior guests has checked out and we have cleaned the room – from 2 p.m. at the latest. Check-out time is 10 am. Late check-out (1 pm) can be requested during the booking process. All our hostels have a bag storage room where you can leave your belongings even after check-out.

No, receptions are open 24/7. 

Absolutely! In each hostel, we have our famous womBARs, where guests can meet and mingle. Also, check out our Wombat’s Café, where we serve our own signature coffee roast for your afternoon chill.

We host various events! Check out our event calendar for special happenings, including our free concert series womBEATS at our City Hostels.

No. But for a small fee, you can enjoy our fantastic, tasty brekkie (with vegan options) featuring fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients, plus unlimited coffee (Wombat’s breakfast roast!) and tea.

All private rooms and dormitories include bed sheets. (No sleeping bags allowed.) Towels can be booked for your room.
