SZIGET FESTIVAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

Wombats Hungary Szállodaüzemeltető Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (1061 Budapest, Király utca 20.) (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer") announces a sweepstakes. 

To participate in the sweepstakes, all you need to do is to book a minimum of one night's accommodation (room or bed) at Wombat's City Hostel Budapest (hereinafter referred to as "Hostel") between August 7 and 12, 2024 and validate the promotional code BUDAPESTSUMMER when booking, which also entitles you to a 15% discount on the accommodation price. Guests who validate the promotional code will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes.

Prize: 1 VIP ticket for 2 persons to the Sziget Festival for the 10th of August, 2024.

Duration of the sweepstakes: The sweepstakes will run from 14:00 on July 22, 2024 until 23:59 on August 7, 2024. The sweepstakes will be open for non-refundable bookings made, paid in full and confirmed within this period, where the promotion code has been validated.

The winner will be drawn by an automatic draw on 8 August 2024 from all guests who meet the above criteria and participate in the promotion. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of booking. The prize can be collected in person at the Hostel reception until 14:00 on the 10th of August, 2024. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. In case the winner does not collect the prize, no additional winner will be drawn.

The sweepstakes is organized by Wombats Hungary Szállodaüzemeltető Korlátolt  Felelősségű Társaság (1061 Budapest, Király utca 20.), the operator of Wombat's City Hostel Budapest.

1. The Organizer informs the participant that the personal data (in particular name and contact details) provided by the participant and necessary for organizing the sweepstakes will be processed by the Organizer for the purpose of the sweepstakes.

A Wombats Hungary Szállodaüzemeltető Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (1061 Budapest, Király utca 20.) (továbbiakban: „Szervező”) nyereményjátékot hirdet.

A játékban való részvételhez nem kell mást tennie, mint a 2024. augusztus 7-12. közötti időtartamon belül minimum egy éjszakára szállást (szobát vagy ágyat) foglalnia a Wombat’s City Hostel Budapestben (továbbiakban: „Hostel”) és a foglalás során érvényesíteni a BUDAPESTSUMMER promóciós kódot, mely egyben 15%-os kedvezményt is biztosít a szállás díjából. A nyereményjátékban a promóciós kódot érvényesítő vendégeink automatikusan részt vesznek.

Nyeremény: 1 db, 2 személyre szóló VIP belépőjegy a Sziget Fesztiválra 2024. augusztus 10. napjára

Nyereményjáték időtartama: Anyereményjáték 2024. július 14:00 napján 22 - tól 2024. augusztus 7. napján 23:59 percig tart. 2. Az adatkezelés a játékos hozzájárulásán alapul, melyet a játékos a játékban való részvétellel ad meg. A megadott személyes adatokat kizárólag a játék lebonyolítása érdekében használjuk, és elévülési időn belül mindaddig tároljuk, míg a hozzájárulását a játékos vissza nem vonja.

3. A játékos bármikor kérhet hozzáférést személyes adataihoz, kérheti azok helyesbítését, felhasználásának korlátozását vagy tiltakozhat a személyes adatok kezelése ellen. A játék időtartama alatt a hozzájárulás visszavonása a játéktól való visszalépést jelenti.
