We are located in the city center, right at the beginning of the Waldstraße district. Please find directions below—whether you arrive in town by plane, train, or bus.

by train
++ From Leipzig Central Station ++
You arrive at Leipzig Central Station, the largest terminus station in Europe. Exit the station, keep right, walk along Tröndlinring and after about 750 metres you will be in front of our hostel. If it is raining, snowing or you have a lot of luggage, you can alternatively take the tram one stop.
The central tram stop is right in front of the station. Take line 1 (towards Lausen), line 4 (towards Gohlis), line 7 (towards Böhlitz-Ehrenberg) or line 12 (towards Gohlis-Nord) and get off at the first stop. Our hostel is within sight of the stop.
by bus
++ From Central Station ++
If you arrive at the long-distance coach terminal at the central station, please go to the tram stop "Hauptbahnhof", take tram #12, and get off at the 3rd stop, "Lortzingstraße". From there, it's a 4-minute walk to our City Hostel at Jacobstraße 1.
by air
++ From Leipzig/Halle Airport ++
Take the S5, IC2047, or IC2049 train to "Markt" station. From there, it's a 9-minute walk to our City Hostel at Jacobstraße 1.
by car
For Leipzig you need a green environmental badge! For longer parking periods we recommend the Parkhaus am Zoo (approx.: up to 8 hours 8.00 EUR / up to 24 hours overnight 12.00 EUR), approx. 500 metres from the hostel or the Parkhaus Hauptbahnhof Westseite (approx.: daily price 7.00 EUR, overnight 14.00 EUR) which is approx. 800 metres from our hostel.
