Los Koyotes

Los Koyotes is a Mexican band formed in Budapest. The founding members are two friends with different musical backgrounds and styles, who arrived in Budapest from two different cities in Mexico.

They primarily play traditional and modern Mexican music, blending Latin American rhythms, various musical genres, and the rich heritage of Mexican culture. Their sound is strongly rooted in mariachi traditions, while also incorporating multiple other styles such as neo-mariachi, gypsy cumbia, and corrido salsa.

The band’s live performances are full of energy, inviting the audience to dance and creating a true Mexican festive atmosphere on stage. They frequently perform at cultural festivals, events, and clubs, offering a unique experience even for those encountering Mexican music for the first time.

Their goal is to bring an authentic Mexican sound to Hungary and to promote Mexican music and culture.
