Cece & Víctor are an acoustic duo that bridges continents, connected by a shared love for blues and soul music.

Cece Sandberg, a Finnish vocalist whose voice carries both tenderness and fire - dynamic, honest, and full of heart - brings raw energy to every performance. With a music career spanning over 15 years, she has fronted several musical projects both in Hungary and Scandinavia, including her funk band Ruby Pearl. She is accompanied by Víctor Suzacq, a Uruguayan guitarist whose expressive playing blends the unmistakable style of blues with touches of funk and acoustic rhythm. Known for his duo, Delta Bastards, and a long music career both in his home country and in Hungary, Víctor brings depth and experience to their sound.
