Core tasks:
-Check-in and checkout process of individual guests and groups:
- Welcoming guests
- Check-in process
- Checkout process
-Cash-up responsibility
-Point of contact for guests:
- Information and advice about the city, transport, sights, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc.
- Handling complaints and solving problems
-Point of contact for external people: first contact person for suppliers, neighbours, public authorities (e.g. police), etc.
-Ensuring adherence to house rules

- The gross salary for this position is £14.18 per hour.
- 24-32 hrs./week
