Maintenance Staff (f/m/d)

- Expert knowledge in handling and operating tools, devices, appliances, facilities, etc.

Core tasks:
-Maintenance and servicing management
- Monitoring of all facilities (technical machinery, furniture, fixtures and equipment) in terms of condition and functionality
- First-response troubleshooting
- Responsibility for most efficient and effective repair of defects and damages
- Coordination of all required services with external companies
-Quality control management
- Implementation, improvement and assurance of quality and process standards
-Security and health management
- ensuring adherence to all standards in the fields of fire prevention, health and safety, hygiene
-Finance and cost management
- Cost management in relation to servicing contracts, material purchasing, etc.

- The gross salary for this position is £ 2475.00.
- 40 hrs./week
