Vienna harvest festival takes place at Heldenplatz today + tomorrow!
Like every year, more than 250,000 people visit the Austrian Farmers Association's Harvest Festival at Vienna's Heldenplatz over the weekend of 11th - 12th September.
Visitors are able to inspect a sampling of produce, sample regional cuisine, drink beer and wine and listen to bands. Many austrian visitors also wear traditional regional costumes to the festival. It's worth visiting! :)
Directions: Take the Underground to "Volkstheater" or "Herrengasse", from there it's only a 2 minutes walk.
