Hello, beacuse the flight will arrive on 22:30 26th Feb, I may get there after 24:00. Could you tell me how to get there & check in? By shuttle bus or there's a better way in the midnight.

The easierst way to get from the airport to the wombats is if you just take the shuttle bus. This goes until midnight and drops you off at Westbahnhof, which is 5 minutes away from the hostel. Check in is possible 24/7 - there is always someone at the front desk.

I have a plan to travel Austria
so I'm looking for some place to stay now.
The journey's gonna be 5 nights from
Feb. 24 to Mar. 1.

According to my schedule of flights,
I'll arrive at the airport at around 10pm
and it's a little late,
so I think it's better to take a taxi.

How long does it take from airport to there bu a taxi? And how's the cost?

And last, I want a dormitory room.
Can I stay there at that time?

First of all: good idea to come to Vienna!! We have space for the time that you asked for, the only thing is we would need some kind of official reservation. A quick phone call or email does the trick.
There are still busses from the airport to Westbahnhof (this is 5 minutes away from the wombats) even late at night. The bus is 7€, a taxi approx. 35€. They both take about 30 - 40 minutes.

I have already reserved a room from 22-25 Feb. However, I will be away from Vienna from 26-27, and I would like to reserve another room for 27 and 28 Feb, so I would like to ask if luggage storage service is available? Since I don't want to take so many luggage with me out of town. Thanks!
