Opening Ceremony "Wiener Festwochen" / 09.05.08
The Opening Ceremony of Wiener Festwochen doubles as the final of the Eurovision Young Musicians competition. An international jury will choose the best young musician of 2008 from a panel of seven finalists.
In addition to the classical music performed in the competition final, a highlevel programme will be presented against the breathtaking background of the festively illuminated Vienna City Hall and before an audience of tens of thousands of visitors.
