Room: 6 bed Mixed Dorm, Ensuite*
4 bed Mixed Dorm, Ensuite*
3 bed Mixed Dorm, Ensuite*
No. of Guests: 13 (include 2 kids)

I took a reservation on 18/04/2012 but i should cancel my booking, because i have some problem in here. i wanna cancel that as soon as possible but i can't because i can't get any impormation from this website...Please let me know how to cancel my reservation................Please.

the conzert hall is in the 1st district and you can reach it pretty easy in 15min. by subway.

Muss immer ein über 18-jähriger dabei sein, oder reicht es wenn alle mindestens 16 Jahre alt sind ?

man muß mind. 16 Jahre alt sein, um bei uns ohne Eltern einchecken zu können.
Bei unter 18jährigen brauchen wir eine Einverständnisserklärung der Eltern.

Hi, we are a family of 2 adults & 3 teens. We've never stayed in a hostel before, but would like to try it out. However, we do have some questions.
Are towels and toiletries provided?
Is there parking available at Wombat Naschmarkt?
Since there are 5 of us, we would probably book the 6 bed mixed dorm. Does that mean we might have to share the room with another person?

Hi there,
we borrow towels for free at reception but we don't offer free toiletries.
Wombats - The Naschmarkt unfortunately don't have a own parking spots at the hostel.
The streets around the hostel are only for short term parking (maximum stay 1,5 hours and are pretty expensive).
The best option would be to you leave your car at the Park and Ride station at the stop of the U4 subway line “Hütteldorf” and take the subway from there to the stop “Kettenbrückengasse”. From there it’s just a few minutes walk to the hostel.
If you'll book 5 beds in a 6 bedded dorm, you'll have to share the room. For a private room just book all of the beds, or asked for a 4 bedded dorm with an extra bed ;-)

Hello,

I made a reservation for 2 nights at the Lounge,18th and 19th of March, and I was about to think that I could get there around 1 PM. However I'll get there around 4 PM due to the schedule change of mine.
Please revise my check-in time from 13 to 16. I'll definitely show on that day. Thank you.

Hey Lotta,

in wombats THE LOUNGE we don't have any triple rooms - we can put an extra bed in a double room (but please note, that the double rooms are not THAT big - so might be cosy ...;) ). at wombats BASE and NASCHMARKT we do have triple rooms though :)!
