this hostel was great, clean, big, good bar. i stayed here back in the middle of june (of 08) and met someone called zach from california, but didnt see him again, very random but i guess no one knows who he is? if u do, tell me thanks! :)

Excellent place, i've spent there two nights in July. Pleasant atmosphere, great bar. Clean and safe. Big hug to all the Wombat crew for that!

But the real treasure there are the members of the team, who really make Wombat's shine.
Special mention to Lucia, who's probably the nicest and funniest bar-woman I've ever met.

Hello :) I've been there last month! I've stayed in 6 mixed room, room was very clean and roommates were also awesome.!
As I remembered, Wombat was the best place among hostels I stayed during the trip! I loved Pub in there and these ppl were very nice, too. Wish I can visit again someday.. :D

Wenn ich nächstes Jahr wieder nach Wien komme, werde ich nat. Wombat's bevorzugen. Die Preise sind zwar etwas höher, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältniss passt perfekt!! =)

Man, I really wish there were still double rooms available for me and my girlfriend! This hostel looks best of Wien by far. I've seen videos on YouTube and pic's to backup this thought.

I've spent 5 nights there and from all I've experienced, i could only recommend the hostel! I've met the greates people there, had a great time! The location is just perfect, allowing you to get to almost any point of the city in not more than 15mins. Besides, it`s goog maintained! Will go there next time too!

Hi! Anyone staying at this hostel on 4 & 5 july? I'm in Austria for a conference and decided it would be nice to visit Vienna for 2 days. Would be fun to meet some new people to see the city and drink a beer!
