Famous traditional Christmas Markets in Munich:

In the heart of munich, in front of the townhall you´ll find munich´s most popular “Christkindlmarkt”. This is munichs most traditional Christmas Market where you´ll find a lot of typical goods like crib figurines, toys, wood carvings, marionettes, candles and lambskin shoes. Most of these products are handcrafted. You´ll also find it hard to resist drinking the famous “Glühwein” , a mulled wine, and eating some lebkuchen or grilled sausages (the smell of all three is all over the place).
