Hi there, I stayed in WOMBATs yesterday with my friend, korean girl 'Ju'.
Funny ppl, great staffs, and also clean room, Wombat was perfect and the best place to stay :)

But my friend lost her digital camera which is made by pentax-_-. There are lots of our memories in Munich, so we really want to find it again. (Now, We don't have any pics which is taken in Munich and wombats T.T)

ich war im Juni 2007 im WOMBATS und ich würde mich jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden, meine Nächte dort zu verbringen! Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Stimmung in der WomBar ist grandios und das Wetter spielt dabei nie eine Rolle. Ich kann alle jungen Leuten und die, die sich noch jung fühlen nur empfehlen dort mal zu bleiben. Es reißt einen einfach mit!

I just wanted to say that the Ozzy's (did i spell it correct?) tour was amazing and you all should take it! Its free but dont heitate to tip him - you will see at the end of the tour!

hey ich war mit einer freundin 4 tage im hostel und wir waren sehr begeistert. Im herbst geht es nach berlin ins hostel =) und dann wollen wir auch wieder nach münchen ...und nach wien, ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.. alle sind total freundlich!!! man lernt viele leute kennen, auch wenn die meits aus australien oder den usa sind ...
also großes Lob!!

Fantastic Place! Had a Super Time. The wombats tour with Aussie was a good day to find out about the city! Would def come back again.

This was by far one of the best hostels I have stayed in. I especially enjoyed the beer tour led by Matthias. He was very knowledgeable about the bars we visited, a great story teller, and very friendly. I recommend the beer tour for those who want to experience a night of good fun in a lovely city!

I went to there last year. I and my friend lost our luggage, so we waited it all time. One of the staffs helped us a lot.
Wombat's was my best place to stay during Europe trip..

Wow - thank you Wombats!

Ich war zu einem Seminar in Munich und hatte wie immer kein Geld und wählte das Wombat ehrlich gesagt nur daher, keine Ahnung was mich erwartete. Aber wie soll ich sagen, buchstäblich vom ersten Moment im Foyer fühlte ich mich sauwohl - Weite, Farben, kein Schnickschnack, überall picobello, gemütliche Ecken, Powerpop im Foyer und überall kind guys und english. Und dazu der Preis. Und dass ich fast doppelt so alt bin wie der Durchschnitt ;-) war auch kein Prob. Cool! Wombat's rocks. CU! And best wishes,

I LOVE THE WOMBAT! I went there on a class trip and we all loved this hostel. They make you feel right at home and breakfast was delicious! everyone was very friendly and the rooms were really clean! I can't wait to go back to Munich...with no questions asked, i will stay there! =)

Hey looking for Samantha from 2/20/08 lost you after that Australian bar and was half out of it when you left. Hope Paris worked out and luck me up when you get back to the states- your favorite architect of suburban town houses.

Great place, clean big rooms, funny people but terrible white wine at the bar!!!!! :-) I'll suggest this place to my friends, for sure!!

Hey stayed here for Australia Day 26th Jan.... was great! The bar is heaps of fun and for you Aussies out there they have Hunters and Collectors, ACDC and heaps more of the greats just ask... Awesome hostel!
