Christopher Street Day Parade on Saturday June 28th
One of the richest lesbian and gay communities in Europe is once again celebtrating and demonstrating for their rights. Berlin's official Christopher Street Day (CSD) Parade - in rememberance of the initiation of the gay and lesbian civil rights movement - is one of the largest and most visited in the world!
As a visitor, this is a perfect opportunity for you to get to know the scene - and for this you could even chosse between the official parade in Mitte and the "Transgenialer CSD" in Kreuzberg, which is by far smaller, more radical and punkier.
