Bahnorama Tower / 06.11.2010

Since August 19th there’s a new way to see Vienna from above. Within the exhibition “Bahnorama” regarding the reconstruction of the Südbahnhof (which will be the new main train station) there has been built the highest walkable wooden tower in Europe. Located in a less touristy area, from the 66.72 m high (and wiiindy) tower you have an overview over the whole city. It’s not as high as the 150 m high Donauturm tower but it’s for free. So if you have some time left and are interested into wooden towers, check it out!
