Berlin is probably the only city in the world which offers you so many different x-mas markets. You have the biggest  x-mas market of the world, which is located in Spandau. You have the market at Gendarmenmarkt , which is all about tradition and is surrounded by two beautiful churches.

The market at Alexanderplatz is the one which is just a few minutes by walk from the wombats City Hostel Berin. The TV tower and the red city hall are imbedded in this x-mas market. You have a nice ice skating ring and a lot of different small shops for food drinks and x-mas presents.

Everything is much more fun if you have a Glühwein (maltwein) which is warming you up and makes you fell light at the same time.
